So you have a new baby who is super adorable (aren’t they all?) and you are considering entering your darling in a free of charge photography competition? I’ve got to say, that sounds good to me.. It’s enjoyable, a great method to show off your cutie pie, and as an added advantage you can win some significant money too. Here are my three best poses (and they are simple too) to get very adorable baby photographs every time.

Get those old photos out of the closet and build a slideshow that you can watch on a TV. You’ll be amazed how easy and inexpensive it is to turn your precious memories into an entertaining masterpiece. The first step is to have your photos scanned. Find an inexpensive photo scanning service to digitize your photos so that you can view and work with them on a computer. If you have lots of photos don’t do this yourself, it can be incredibly time consuming. You can find great quality photo scanning for as little as five cents a photo.

When you send your photos to a photo scanning service you’re probably trying to permanently protect them from damage and destruction, and you’re doing the right thing. Going through the work and the expense will also protect your images from the natural deterioration that eventually claims most photos. But when you’re done scanning you’ll be ready to enjoy new ways to use your scans.

Children’s photography is quite a rewarding business model. From birth all the way to young adult, parents and relatives want to be able to have a visual record of their baby girl or son growing up. Lots of time the parents will bring in children for all kinds of unique occasions. The usual pattern appears to be newborn, six-months, a year, two, three, five, ten, thirteen, and sixteen. For some this pattern extends to 18 and sometimes even 21. Don’t disregard the holidays such as Christmas or Easter. All these portrait opportunities can add up to a nice residual income, especially if a photographer gets a lot of customers. Using a green screen can help you get those customers.
